As a charity, the Society depends on our valuable network of members and supporters to help us develop ideas to improve the way Parliament works and champion more informed public debate about Parliament and parliamentary democracy.
The individual membership options and benefits are set out below. Join us!
There are four categories of membership:
Standard, our most popular membership type
Premium, which includes a subscription to our journal
Concession, for members eligible for a reduced rate
International, for members based outside the UK
Standard
For £50 a year – equivalent to just £4.16 a month – our Standard membership package brings you Despatch Box, our exclusive weekly round-up of parliamentary and constitutional news from Westminster and around the world. You’ll also be able to participate in our Annual General Meeting and receive advance news of our campaigns and events.
Premium
As a Premium member, for £90 a year – or £7.50 a month – you’ll be further supporting our work while being entitled to all the benefits of Standard membership plus you’ll receive a subscription to our quarterly journal, Parliamentary Affairs, published by Oxford University Press and delivered online or to your door.
Concession
To ensure our membership is affordable to all, our Concession membership costs just £15 a year. You’ll be entitled to all the benefits of Standard membership but for less than a third of the price.
You’re eligible if you are:
under 30
a student
unwaged and receiving welfare benefits, or
retired with a low income.
International
If you’re based outside the UK, our International membership offers a discounted rate of just £35 a year, providing all the benefits of Standard membership for members who support us around the world.
